The nikah is his to give. Align brings him in early, with the brother’s deen and character in plain sight.
Can I be involved?
Yes. You can have a login of your own, and she chooses how much you see and do.

You see the brother she’s talking to: his profile, his photo and his verification. She can change the level whenever she likes, and you can always ask him to get verified.
If she chooses, you can also read her conversations once a week, in your app. Only what’s written from the day she chose, and the brother is told.

Her messages reach you only if she shares them, a week at a time. She can stop whenever she likes, and then they’re taken back.
Your questions
Is this like the other apps?
No. She can’t browse through men. She’s shown up to five people at a time, and once she starts talking to one, everything else pauses for both of them.
Who can see her photo?
Only a man she’s been introduced to sees it clearly. To everyone else it’s blurred or a silhouette.
One switch keeps it hidden even then, until she shares it with him herself. If either of them passes, he no longer sees it clearly.
Can she give out her number?
No, and nobody else can either. Messages and voice calls stay inside the app, and numbers, links and email addresses are blocked at every stage.
I live abroad. Can I still be involved?
Yes. You can sign in from anywhere, see the brother, get an email at each step if she turns that on, and ask him to get verified at a mosque near him.
How do I know he is who he says he is?
Look for the verified badge. It means someone from a mosque met him, in person or on a video call, confirmed who he is, spoke to people who know him and wrote a report. Once he shares it with her, you can read it too.
Not every brother is verified, and you don’t have to wait for him to think of it: you can ask him to get verified at any time. A verification is what the mosque saw on the day, not a guarantee, so keep asking your own questions.
What happens when they decide to marry?
Either of them says so in the app, and the other is asked. Nothing’s agreed until both say yes. Then you’re told, and they book the nikah at a centre. You can ask for it to be arranged.
Where would they meet?
A centre can host the first meeting, with a chaperone, booked in the app. After that it’s in the hands of the family and the imam, where it always belonged.
Can I pay for it?
Yes. Give a gift card: a code for a plan, which she uses when she’s ready. Buying it shows you nothing of her account.
