What you’d actually do, not a wish list. Your answers save as you go.
You meet yourself first
You read your persona before you see anyone else.
Five introductions a day
Up to five new people a day, waiting when you open the app. Tap the heart to shortlist someone and keep them as long as you like. Anyone you haven’t answered goes at midnight.
A pass is final at midnight
Until then you can change your mind. After that, you won’t see them again.
Close to home first
You see roughly how far away someone is, never exactly where.
You choose how far to look
Change your search area whenever you like. It kicks in the next day.
Why we ask what we ask
Every question is there because the answer matters in a marriage.

How you pray, and how you want your home to feel.
How you argue
What you do when you’re upset, and how you make up.
Money
Saver or spender, and who decides.
Family
How close they live, and how much say they get.

Whether, when, and how you’d raise them.
Your daily life
Fajr, a bad week, and time on your own.
Photographs
Private until you’re introduced
To everyone else, your photo is blurred or a silhouette.
A sister can hold hers back longer
One switch keeps her photo hidden until she shares it with him herself, from the chat.
Passing takes it back
If either of you passes, it goes back to being blurred.
Deleting means deleting
Delete your account and every copy is removed from our storage.
Talking
One conversation at a time
Starting one pauses every other introduction, for both of you, until it ends.
Voice calls, when she’s ready
A day in, he can ask for a call and she decides. If she wants, her wali sees each request first.
No numbers, no links
They’re blocked in chat, from the first message to the last.
Verification at a mosque
Face to face
A representative of a registered mosque or centre meets them, in person or on a video call, and confirms who they are. We don’t do this part ourselves.
A report they control
They share it one introduction at a time, and can take it back.
She and her wali can ask
Either of them can ask the brother to get verified. The request shows in the conversation, step by step, until a centre confirms him.
The centre’s fee
Set by the centre and paid to them. We take no share.
The nikah
Asked, never assumed
Each week you’re asked how it’s going. One of the answers is “we’re getting married, inshallah”.
You both say yes
Choose it and the other person is asked too. Nothing’s agreed until you both have.
Booked at a centre
Right from your conversation. Her wali is told, and the centre has both your names.
What it costs
Your first introduction is free, from beginning to end. You only need a plan to start a second conversation, and you’ll see the price in the app before you pay.
